class DetectShotChanges(Axon.Component.component)

DetectShotChanges([threshold]) -> new DetectShotChanges component.

Send (framenumber, videoframe) tuples to the "inbox" inbox. Sends out (framenumber, confidence) to its "outbox" outbox when a cut has probably occurred in the video sequence.
